While in Syracuse for 10 days, I've had 4 carbonaras in different places, and I was thrilled they could host 9 person last minutes for our last meal before sailing away for one last perfect carbonara. A tiny hole-in-the-wall with amazing homemade food — fresh pizza, pasta, and a whole countertop full of delicious cooked vegetables (five or more kinds!), plus a few meats and other local specialties.
